From the imperial city of Fes, venture down until you reach the Sahara Desert, and then enjoy the benefits of wilderness glamping in the heart of the desert. Before reaching busy Marrakech, cross the High Atlas Highlands.

Additional Info About Our 4 Days Fes To Marrakech Desert Tour:

On request, vegetarian, halaal and vegan food options are available.
Quad biking can be included as an extra.
Instead of riding a camel, you can drive to the desert camp.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
You can simply ask your driver if you wish to miss some of the attractions and spend more time elsewhere.

Travel Insurance:

Before departing on a tour, the client should get personal insurance from a reliable insurer to cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation fees, luggage loss, and tour cancellation penalties.

Deposit & Payment:

To reserve your desert 4 day tour, we require a deposit via PayPal or bank transfer, with the remainder paid in cash upon your arrival. We are entirely flexible in arranging your customised trip based on your travel preferences and budget.

Cash or credit cards:

We accept cash in Euros(€), Pounds(£), USD($), or local Dirhams(MAD) for the three-day desert trip balance. We recommend paying cash to your guide on the first day of the tour. If you do not want to go with a lot of cash, we propose paying with credit or mastercard, however there is a 6% fee.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your three-day tour for free if you notify us one week before the tour begins. Simply notify us of your cancellation by email, and we will issue a full refund. Also, if you wish to postpone your trip to a later date.

Tour Plan

Day 01 Fes - Travel over the Atlas Mountains to Midelt [205 km]

On your 5 Days Desert Glamping Experience, we will pick you up from your hotel/riad in Fes. We’ll leave Fes to Midelt. Drive through Ifrane, a 1930s French-built Moroccan-style resort. Then we’ll go see the monkeys in Azrou’s cedar trees.

The majority of our trip from Fes to Midelt will take us through beautiful woodlands, springs, and Berber settlements… We’ll arrive in Midelt at the end of our journey and check into a hotel/riad for (dinner/overnight).

Day 02 Midelt - Ziz Valley - Merzouga Desert [263 km]

Following breakfast, we will drive from Midelt for the Merzouga desert to continue our 5-day desert glamping adventure across the Merzouga and Erg Chebbi dunes. We’ll make several stops along the trip to take photos, enjoy the cool air, panoramic panoramas, and see a large oasis of palm trees.

We’ll arrive at Merzouga and look for a hotel/riad for (dinner/overnight).

Day 03 Merzouga desert exploration and camel trip

The next day, we’ll go over to Khamlia village and enjoy the Gnawa music. Then we’ll see disused mines, Berber nomads, and a palm-tree oasis.

Back to Merzouga for lunch and some downtime. In the evening, we’ll embark on a camel trek through the sand dunes. The night will be spent in a well-equipped camp with drum music.

At this time, we will examine the mysteries of the Sahara and its endless horizons (nomad Berber tents).

Day 4 Merzouga - Todra Gorges - Ddes Valley [260 km]

Get up early and walk through the sand dunes to view the sunrise before returning to the Camp for a shower and breakfast.

Then we take the road to the gorges. Stopping at Rissani to discover the historical monument of Sijilmassa, the major center of desert trade, and the Kasbahs, Then, after passing through valleys and gorges, we will have a brief walk in Todra Gorge to see the beauty of rivers and mountains.

Finally, we’ll arrive at Boumalen Dades for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5 Boumalen Dades - Ait Benhaddou - Marrakech [313 km / 5 h Driving]

After breakfast, we will travel to Ouarzazate to see the Kasbah of Taourirt and the Atlas Studios film studio.

We travel to the Fint Oasis, which is located near Ouarzazate. Then, take the Tizi-n-Tichka highway, stopping for lunch along the way. Then, in the late afternoon, arrive in Marrakech, where our 5-day journey from Fes to Marrakech over the Sahara Desert comes to a conclusion.
