They want you to get the most out of your tour, but if anything unexpected comes up at the last minute, adjusting your schedule is usually not difficult. On the flip side, last-minute adjustments to lodging are challenging and dependent on availability, particularly during peak season. Please get in touch with us to discuss your options if you need to adjust your plans before you arrive.
Once we receive your deposit, we confirm your tour and begin making preparations for lodging, drivers, and other tour components.
Our drivers can pick you up at your airport of arrival in Morocco. We can also pick you up from your hotel facility or other spots in Morocco. Our driver will accompany you throughout your visit.
Based on accommodation quality and tour cost, we collaborate with carefully selected hotel partners. Before confirming your tour, please let us know if you have a preference for a certain sort of lodging. A double room with one double bed or two twin beds, a private bathroom, and breakfast are included in the accommodation charge (dinner may also be included as noted in your itinerary).
Every day, our excursions normally include half-board (breakfast and dinner) or full-board (3 meals), as specified on your itinerary. The meals are prepared by local chefs and served in the traditional Moroccan style. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any special dietary needs, such as vegetarian or gluten-free.
We can cancel your tour for free if you notify us one week before the tour begins. Simply notify us of your cancellation by email, and we will issue a full refund.
