Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all tours and experiences booked with [legal company name] ("Touareg Trails", "we"). Please read them before confirming your booking.
1. Quotes and prices
Quotes are free and without obligation. Prices are given in [euros / dirhams] and are valid for [14] days. A price includes only the services listed in your itinerary.
2. Booking and payment
Your booking is confirmed when you accept the itinerary in writing and pay a deposit of [30]% of the total price. The balance is paid [on arrival / X days before the start of the trip]. We accept [bank transfer, card, cash].
3. Changes requested by you
We will do our best to adapt your trip if you ask for changes. If a hotel, camp or other partner charges for the change, this cost may be added to your price.
4. Cancellation by you

5. Changes or cancellation by us
Some activities depend on the weather and on safety conditions, such as balloon flights, treks and desert excursions. If we have to cancel an activity, we offer another date, an alternative activity or a refund of that activity.
6. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and repatriation.
7. Health and safety
Please tell us about any medical condition, allergy or reduced mobility when you book, and follow the instructions of your guides and drivers. Some activities have minimum ages or health requirements.
8. Our responsibility
We choose our partners carefully and are responsible for organizing the services we sell. We are not responsible for events beyond our control (force majeure), such as extreme weather, strikes or border closures, or for the loss of personal belongings.
9. Complaints
If something is not right during your trip, tell your guide or contact us straight away so we can fix it. After your trip, you can send a complaint in writing within [30] days.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. [Courts of Marrakech have jurisdiction.]
